Hear from every student, not just the loudest.
Early signals, and someone to follow up.
Send short check-ins to classes and year groups on a schedule you set. Students answer from a personal QR code with no account to set up, and a low score or a request to talk goes to a counsellor's queue.
Worries arrive late, and in too many places.
- Today · 01
Problems surface when they're already a crisis
A child who has been struggling for weeks reaches the office after a row, a missed week or a call from home. The form tutor hears last.
- Today · 02
Surveys that are hard to repeat
A questionnaire written from scratch each term, sent by a different route each time, can't show whether anything has changed since the last one.
- Today · 03
Concerns spread across inboxes
A worry sits in an email, on a sticky note or in a corridor conversation. When the DSL needs the full picture, someone has to ask three people and piece it together.
Students get a voice. Staff get a clear next step.
Every class is asked, on the same schedule
Check-ins go to a whole year group or class at the cadence you set. Students answer in a few taps on a phone, and only their first name appears on the page.
A low score gets a follow-up
A theme score below your threshold, or a yes to "Would you like to talk to someone?", opens a case for a counsellor to take, book and record.
One incident record, with restricted safeguarding
Incidents are logged once, with a timeline, linked students and files. Everyday incidents can be seen across the staff team. Safeguarding incidents are visible only to the people named on them and the DSL.
From a question bank to a follow-up in four steps.
- 01
Choose questions and a schedule
Start from the built-in bank: 8 themes and 42 questions in English and Polish, grouped by age. Add your own, then set a weekly, fortnightly, monthly, termly or one-off schedule for a year group or class.
- 02
Students answer from a QR code
Print a sheet per class, and students scan their own code on a phone. There's no account and no password. One question appears per screen, and the check-in ends with a yes or no to talking to someone.
- 03
A low score reaches the queue
Low theme scores and a yes to talking open a case in the counsellor queue, with the student's name and the reason. Nobody has to notice it on their own.
Requests and low scores wait here until a counsellor takes them. - 04
A counsellor follows up
Take the case, book a 30-minute session and record the outcome. Private session notes are visible to the counsellor and the manager. If you also use Student Wellbeing, a summary can go to the student's log.

Wellbeing Check-ins.
How is Wellbeing Check-ins priced?
4 zł (€1) per active student per month, so it follows your roll. Archived students aren't counted. There's no charge per survey, per question or per member of staff.
Does it need other modules?
No. It works on its own and doesn't need Timetable & Attendance. Where you also run Student Wellbeing, the student card gets a history of check-ins and incidents, and a counsellor can share a session summary to the student's log.
Who can see the answers?
Class and year-group views show totals, not individual answers, and any group with fewer than five responses is hidden from anyone with read-only access. Free-text answers go to counsellors and managers unless a survey lets tutors read them. Safeguarding incidents are visible only to the people named on them, their author and the DSL.
Does it spot bullying or abuse in what students write?
Not today. Free text isn't scanned for keywords. What raises a case is a low score or a yes to talking, so the free-text box is for staff to read, not an alarm. Keep your safeguarding procedure running alongside it.
Is it a clinical screening tool?
No. The questions are short, plain-English conversation starters written for schools. They are not clinical measures or diagnoses, and scores show where a group or a student may need a conversation.
What happens when we print a class sheet?
Printing issues new codes and switches off the old ones for those students. Print once per term, or issue codes only for students who are missing one, so families aren't caught out by a dead code.
