    ID numbers, home addresses, medical conditions, medication and SEN diagnoses are masked unless a person's role includes “Sensitive personal data”. The default staff role does not.

The core platform, the FirstDay Admissions CRM, is €2 (8 zł) per student per month. Modules are priced on their own, per student or flat per school, and every price is shown on its card. Prices exclude VAT and are shown in euro or złoty: you are billed in the currency you sign up in.
Per school: each school has its own core platform and its own modules. Enterprise covers every school module, unlimited students and white-labelling for one flat fee per school, quoted from €15,000 (60 000 zł) a month. For a group, talk to us.
In a Network, each person is given access school by school: none, member or admin, with custom roles to narrow a member's permissions. Every change is recorded in that school's audit log.
Yes, on Enterprise. White-labelling puts a school on its own domain with its own logo, colours and branded emails to families, on the same platform as the rest of the group.
Every record belongs to one school, and every request is checked against that school and the person's role before anything is read or written. Changes go to an audit log, and scheduled sweeps delete documents and visitor records past your retention window. Your school's owners and admins, and anyone whose role you give the “Sensitive personal data” permission. The default staff role does not include it. Everyone else sees what to do in an emergency and where the medication is kept, but not the condition, the medication's name or the SEN diagnosis. ID numbers and home addresses are masked the same way.
Yes. There is a documented REST API with OpenAPI and a Postman collection, signed webhooks when records change, and an MCP server so Claude can work with your school's data within each person's permissions.
It depends on your data, so we won't quote a number. The import wizard brings in pupils, leads, payers and fee agreements from Excel or CSV with column mapping and duplicate checks, and guided walkthroughs show staff each screen the first time they open it.
The Polish Compliance module builds the monthly subsidy declaration and SIO updates from your roll. Nothing is sent until someone with permission approves it.
