Ready for the inspector,
not just the night before.
Cleaners scan a QR sticker and sign with a personal PIN. FirstDay logs it, tells you the same day if something is missed, and prints the monthly SANEPID sheet when the inspector asks.
Paper registers fail quietly.
- Today · 01
A sheet that is never where you need it
The monthly report is pinned inside a cubicle door. It gets damp, goes missing, or is filled in from memory at the end of the month.
- Today · 02
Gaps found by the inspector
A missed signature is only noticed when someone reads the sheet. By then the day is long gone and cannot be put right.
- Today · 03
Certificates and findings in a drawer
Sanitary books, expiry dates and the actions from the last visit sit in different folders. Somebody has to remember to look.
Every signature, on the day it happens.
A tap, a PIN, a timestamp
The time and the name are recorded for the cleaner, and a checker countersigns the same row. Nobody needs a FirstDay login.
You hear about a gap that afternoon
When a cleaning or a check is missed, the people who manage hygiene are notified the same day. Weekends and school holidays are skipped.
Everything the inspector asks for, in one place
Cleaning sheets, temperature logs, the certificates register and open findings, each exported as a PDF.
From setup to the inspector's folder.
- 01
Set up your areas
Import your classrooms from the timetable, add the toilets, kitchen and staff room, and choose the days, times and whether each cleaning needs a check.
- 02
Print a sticker for each area
Each area gets its own QR sticker. Add your cleaners and checkers, give each one a PIN, and they are ready to sign.
- 03
Get told the same day
The dashboard shows today's status for every area. A missed cleaning, an out-of-range fridge or a certificate about to expire reaches you as a notification.
One screen for today: what is done, what is waiting, what was missed. - 04
Print the monthly sheet
Pick an area and a month and download the sheet in the same layout as the paper one: date, time, who cleaned, remarks, who checked.
The same columns as the paper register, filled in and ready to print.

Get startedQuestions about
Hygiene & Sanitary.
How is it priced?
One flat price per school: 99 zł (€25) a month, whatever the number of areas, cleaners or staff. People who sign with a PIN are not FirstDay users and are not counted.
Do we need other modules?
No. Hygiene & Sanitary runs on its own. If your classrooms are already in FirstDay's timetable you can import them as areas in one click, and school holidays are read from the school calendar.
Will the inspector accept a printed digital log?
The PDF reproduces the paper sheet column for column, under its legal title. Practice can differ between SANEPID offices, so ask yours to confirm before you stop keeping paper.
Who can see what?
Staff see the registers according to four permissions: read, record, manage and export. A cleaner at a sticker sees only that area, never other people's names, and only after entering a PIN. Changes and exports are in the audit log.
What if a PIN is lost or a sticker is taken?
Reset the PIN and the old one stops working at once. Generate a new QR code for the area and the old sticker is dead as soon as you do. Nobody can record without a valid PIN either way.
What happens to our records if we cancel?
The pages switch off, but every entry is kept because it is your audit trail. Subscribe again and everything is back as you left it.
