Know what was taught,
not only that the lesson ran.

Curriculum lets a teacher write the topic on the register they already mark, against the scheme of work, so a head can see how far every class has got and which ones are behind.

Runs on top of Timetable & Attendance, so switch that on too.

Each class against its scheme of work: topics taught, and whether it is on track.

The plan exists. Nobody can see how far it has got.

  1. Today · 01

The scheme of work is a spreadsheet nobody reopens

Each teacher keeps a rozkład materiału or scheme of work in their own file. The head sees the plan once, in September, and never how far each class has got.

  2. Today · 02

The class diary is written up at the end of the week

Topics go into a paper dziennik, or are typed up from memory days later. The record of what a class studied is thinnest exactly when someone asks for it.

  3. Today · 03

Coverage is a question asked when a visit is booked

Showing that the curriculum has been covered means collecting files from every teacher, and finding the gaps only once there is a deadline.

The plan sits next to the register, and the register fills it in.

  1. Schemes of work live beside the lessons they plan

Build a scheme in FirstDay or import it from a spreadsheet, one row per topic, and assign it to a class. When a teacher opens the register, the next topic is already suggested.

  2. The topic is written the same day, on the register

One tap uses the suggested topic. Pick another, or type your own. It can be edited, or cleared with an undo, after the register is submitted.

  3. Coverage you can read before anyone asks

Every class and subject sits against its scheme as ahead, on track or behind, with the share of the framework's requirement points covered. The lesson log replaces the paper diary.

From your framework to a coverage report.

  1. 01

    Pick the curriculum framework

Poland 2026, Poland 2017 and England's National Curriculum are loaded and chosen for you by country, year group and school year. Cambridge Primary, IGCSE and AS & A Level are one choice per year group in Settings.

  2. 02

Build, import and assign schemes of work

Add topics by hand, start with one topic per strand, or import a CSV or Excel file with English or Polish headings; the whole file is checked before anything is saved. Assign a scheme to a class or to one teaching group, and copy it to next year in one step.

  3. 03

Record the topic on the register

After attendance, the topic card suggests the next topic from the scheme. Use it, pick another, or write free text. A lesson shared by teaching groups that run together is recorded once, for all their registers.

The next topic from the scheme is suggested; a finished one is marked as taught.
  4. 04

Read coverage, the lesson log and what is missing

Coverage compares topics taught with topics planned for every class and subject. The lesson log lists every lesson by class and subject, and Missing topics lists registers that have none. Reports export as CSV.

Questions about
Curriculum.

How is Curriculum priced?

One flat monthly price per school, 10 zł a month excluding VAT, whatever your headcount. It is not per teacher or per student.

Does it need other modules?

Yes, Timetable & Attendance. A topic is recorded on the lesson register, and the classes, subjects and teaching groups it uses come from there.

Who can see and change what?

Teachers see their own lessons and schemes. People with the Report permission see every class and teacher, and Manage covers schemes, imports and Settings. Roles you created before switching Curriculum on need the new permissions added in Settings → Roles.

Can teachers write their own topic?

Yes. Free text is allowed, and it is how you record a lesson for a class with no scheme assigned. You choose how firm the register is: topic optional, asked for after submitting, or required before it can be submitted.

Does it work outside Poland?

Yes. England's National Curriculum is built in, as are Cambridge Primary, IGCSE and AS & A Level, chosen per year group. Cambridge Lower Secondary is not available yet, and Cambridge requirement points are written in English.

Does it plan lessons or mark work?

No. Curriculum records what was taught and compares it with your plan. It does not write lesson plans or set homework, and marks are recorded in Assessments.
