Every website enquiry in your pipeline,
not in someone's inbox.
Lead Capture Form puts an enquiry form on your school website. Families tell you about their child, can book an open day, and arrive in your admissions pipeline as a new lead.
The website brings families in. Then the inbox loses them.
- Today · 01
Retyped from an inbox
The contact form emails a shared address. Someone copies each enquiry into a spreadsheet when they have a minute, and a few never make it.
- Today · 02
Three emails to book a visit
A family asks about an open day, the office replies with dates, the family picks one, and the office writes back to confirm.
- Today · 03
The same family, twice
A parent enquires again from another page, or for a younger sibling. Now there are two records and two colleagues replying.
One form on your website, one pipeline behind it.
Straight into the pipeline
Each submission becomes a lead at the start of your admissions pipeline, marked as coming from your website form. Its owner is notified straight away.
Open day booked on the spot
Turn on the calendar and families pick a date from your Open days schedule as they enquire. The place is confirmed on the lead.
One family, one record
When a new enquiry matches one existing lead's email or phone exactly, the new details are added to that lead instead of creating a second.
From your settings page to a new lead.
- 01
Choose what to ask
Name and email are always asked. Add the questions you want, from year group to siblings, and set the heading, thank-you message and colour. A live preview shows what families will see.
- 02
Put it on your website
Copy the standalone link, or paste the embed snippet into any page and the form resizes to fit. Add UTM tags to your links to see which campaign each family came from.
- 03
Enquiries arrive as leads
Every submission lands in your admissions pipeline with the child's details filled in, ready for your team to call. Repeat enquiries join the family's existing lead.
New website enquiries wait in New, with the child's year group already filled in. - 04
Follow up with less chasing
If you ask for early documents, the family is emailed an upload link as soon as they submit. When they sign, convert the lead to a student with the details already filled in.

Lead Capture Form.
How is it priced?
One flat price per school: 199 zł (€50) a month, with no charge per form or per enquiry. Each enquiry becomes a lead, so it counts towards your plan's lead allowance like any lead you add by hand.
Do we need anything else in FirstDay?
Only the admissions pipeline it feeds, which every FirstDay school has. The open-day calendar reads your Open days schedule, and the document email uses your document checklist, if you turn those options on.
Who can see what families send?
Only staff whose FirstDay role lets them see leads. Optional questions such as SEN, EAL or nationality stay off until you switch them on, and changes to the form's settings are recorded in the audit log.
Will it look like part of our website?
You set the heading, thank-you message, button colour and an optional redirect to your own thank-you page. A small "Powered by FirstDay" line stays under the form, except on Enterprise plans, where you can turn it off.
What about spam?
Every submission passes a hidden honeypot field, a bot check and rate limits before it reaches your pipeline. Repeated submissions from the same email address are held back too.
Does booking an open day move the family to Tour Scheduled?
Not automatically today. The family's place on the open day is confirmed and the lead arrives at the start of your pipeline. Your team moves it on, as with any other lead.

Start with FirstDay, switch on Lead Capture Form, and have it running this week.
