This morning's news on the wall,
approved before it goes up.

Digital Signage lets teachers design slides from templates in your school colours. An approver puts them on the wall, and any TV with a web browser joins by typing one short address.

Every paired TV, what it plays and whether it is online.

The corridor TV is still showing September.

  1. Today · 01

    Last term's slideshow, still playing

The slides went on with a USB stick at the start of the year. Updating them means finding the stick, the remote and a free half hour.

  2. Today · 02

    Every poster through one inbox

Teachers email the office a notice and someone turns it into a slide when they can. Or nobody checks, and anything can go up.

  3. Today · 03

Each screen is a walk down the corridor

Every TV is set up on its own. Nobody is quite sure which ones are switched on or what they are showing right now.

Current slides, checked slides, every screen from your desk.

  1. Slides that come down on time

Give a slide a show-from and show-until date and it takes itself off the wall. Approved changes reach every screen within a minute.

  2. Teachers make it, someone approves it

Teachers build slides from templates and submit them. An approver puts them on the wall or sends them back with a note. Nothing goes up unapproved.

  3. Every screen from one page

Pair a TV once, then choose what it plays from the Screens page. Each screen shows whether it is online and when it was last seen.

From a template to the corridor wall.

  1. 01

    Design a slide

Pick a template, such as an announcement, event or celebration, already in your school's colours. Change the words, drop in a photo, add a QR code, clock or countdown.

  2. 02

    Submit it for approval

The slide waits in Approvals until an owner, an admin or anyone you give the right approves it. Edits to a slide on the wall stay off it until approved again.

Drafts, slides awaiting approval and what is on the wall, side by side.
  3. 03

    Build a playlist

Put approved slides in order with drag and drop and set the seconds each one stays up. Slides not yet approved can sit in the list; they simply don't play.

  4. 04

    Pair the TV

Open /tv in the TV's browser. It shows a six-character code; enter it in Screens, choose a playlist, and the TV starts playing. No app to install.

Who uses Digital Signage

  • Teachers

Templates in the school's colours and a slide on the wall without emailing the office.

  • Head / Office manager

The final say: every slide is approved, or sent back with a note, before it plays.

  • Site or IT lead

Pairs screens with a code and sees which are online, without visiting each TV.

  • Bursar / Deputy Head

Live finance or register figures on an internal office screen, never in a corridor.

Questions about
Digital Signage.

How is it priced?

One flat price per school: 119 zł (€29) a month, with as many screens as you like. Adding another TV costs nothing extra.

What kind of TV do we need?

A screen with a web browser and an internet connection. There is no app to install: open /tv, enter the code it shows in FirstDay, and it plays. If a TV forgets its pairing, a fallback link reconnects it.

Can a teacher put something up without approval?

No. Every slide is approved by an owner, an admin or a role you give the right to, and editing a slide that is already on the wall needs approval again. Changes are recorded in the audit log.

Can the screens show attendance or finance figures?

Yes, if you also use Timetable & Attendance, Visitor Management or School Invoicing. Those live blocks only play on screens you mark as internal, and only staff with access to that data can add them.

Can slides play video?

Not today. Slides are built from text, images, shapes, QR codes, clocks, countdowns and live data.

What happens if the internet drops, or we cancel?

If the connection drops, a screen keeps playing its last update. If you cancel, screens show a neutral "display paused" card, and every slide, playlist and screen is kept for when you come back.
