Parents evenings without the spreadsheet.
Teachers tick slots, families book their own.

Parent-Teacher Conferences lets you set the evening, teachers tick when they are free, and each family books their child's teachers from an emailed link. No clipboards, no double bookings, no chasing.

A family sees only their child's teachers, and books one slot with each.

Every parents evening starts from a blank grid.

  1. Today · 01

A grid of teachers and times, rebuilt each round

Someone lays out the slots, then chases every teacher for the times they can do. By the night, the file has three versions and nobody is sure which is current.

  2. Today · 02

Parents ring the office or queue at the door

Families email the office to ask for a time with each teacher, or turn up and wait. Nobody can say at a glance which slots are left or who has no meeting at all.

  3. Today · 03

What was agreed stays on a clipboard

The points from a short meeting get scribbled down, then lost. The parent hears nothing more until the next report.

You set it up once. Teachers and families do the rest.

  1. Teachers tick their slots, you don't chase

Set the dated blocks, the slot length and the booking window once. Teachers tick the slots they can do, a block at a time or one by one, and you see who has offered what.

  2. Families book their own child's teachers

Each family gets a personal link by email. It shows only their child's teachers and only the free slots, and a slot can be held by one family at a time, so there are no double bookings.

  3. Notes that go home after the meeting

The teacher opens the student card from their day schedule, writes a note and emails it to the parents. If you use Student Wellbeing, the note can be copied to the child's log too.

From a blank round to a note home in four steps.

  1. 01

Create the round and publish it

Name the evening and add its blocks: a date with a start and end time. Choose a slot length from 5 to 60 minutes, set when booking opens and closes, add a location, and decide whether teachers can add an online meeting link.

  2. 02

Teachers tick when they are free

Each teacher opens their availability page, ticks the slots they can do and unticks the rest. Booked slots are locked, and the admin overview shows what each teacher has offered, booked and left free.

Tick a whole block or single slots. Booked slots stay locked.
  3. 03

Families book from an emailed link

Send each family their personal link, one class or year group at a time. They pick a slot with each teacher, and can move or cancel a booking later. Every booking comes with a calendar invite, and a reminder follows the day before.

  4. 04

Teachers run the evening and write the note

The day schedule lists every meeting with the student card one click away. After the meeting, the teacher writes a note, marks it completed and sends it to the parents. Wellbeing log copying is one more click.

Today's meetings in time order, with each note's status beside the name.

Questions about
Parent-Teacher Conferences.

How is Parent-Teacher Conferences priced?

20 zł (€5) per active student per month, so it follows your roll. Archived students aren't counted. There's no charge per teacher, per round or per meeting. The price is a launch placeholder and will be confirmed before we ask you to subscribe.

Does it need other modules?

No. It works on its own. If your timetable is in FirstDay, a family sees their child's form tutor, assistants and lesson teachers. Without timetable data, every teaching member of staff is offered instead, and you can choose the teachers for each round yourself.

What can a family see on their link?

Only their own child's teachers, the free slots, their own bookings and the notes you have sent them. Never another child, another family's booking or anyone's email address. Each link belongs to one child, can be revoked, and stops working if the module is switched off.

Who can see the meeting notes?

A teacher sees the notes for their own meetings. A parent sees a note only after it has been sent. Copying a note to the Student Wellbeing log needs that module and the permission to write to the log.

Does it run the video call?

Not today. A round can offer online meetings, and each teacher adds a link from the video tool you already use. Families see it with their booking, but FirstDay doesn't host the call.

What if a teacher can't make their slot, or a family has no email?

A teacher can untick a free slot at any time. A booked slot is locked, so they cancel the meeting first and the family is told. For families without email, staff can book or cancel on their behalf, even after booking has closed.
